We at Chandler Macleod are seeking a Project Administrator for a 12-month maternity leave cover .
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of the project.
You'll perform a variety of tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, liaising with stakeholders, and managing key financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the project and team.
Prepare project documents, reports, minutes, and guidance materials, ensuring they are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
Maintain and update project records, registers, and databases.
Assist with onboarding new starters, including requesting relevant account and system access.
Process payroll, timesheets, and reconcile monthly invoicing and corporate credit card statements.
Manage purchase orders and other commercial administrative activities.
Assist with liaising with construction partners and preparing reports.
Support general project administration, including document control and project setup and close-out.
Contribute to forecasting costs to complete and preparing financial reports.
Required Skills/Experience: Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in a project or administrative support role.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Familiarity with financial reporting and invoicing processes.
