You will be required to come to the office on an adhoc basis The Project Administration Officer - Data Specialist will provide support to the Asset Capability Team in the ongoing implementation of the asset management system and other maintenance system related compliance activities, to meet business, regulatory and statutory requirements; and put safety first. Key Responsibilities will include: Liaise with internal and external groups and individuals to support the effective implementation and development of the Asset Management System Support the development and improvement initiatives for the Maintenance Management System. Coordinate the development and implementation of project hand over plans for non-built deliverables. Manage assigned tasks and perform project work to meet specific organisational needs. Contribute to an ongoing program of continuous improvement including research, development, and market testing of strategic and operational tasks Communicating between stakeholders and provide technical support to the application end users of the reliability and computerised maintenance management applications. Ensure that the comprehensive and accurate collection of asset data is completed, captured, and recorded for life-cycle activities to provide a defensible basis for the preparation and negotiation of Asset Plans, budgets, projects, and regulatory pricing submissions. Maintain asset data, and to ensure raw data is reviewed, quality assured and modified when required, to maintain the quality and reliability of data and information. Ensure the applications are maintained, up to date and supporting business processes by effectively managing the completion of change requests and data updates. Ability to read/interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), electrical drawings and general schematics is desirable Knowledge of non-built deliverables processes and project handover requirements Skills and Qualifications required: Engineering degree from a recognised tertiary institution (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Current NSW Drivers Licence. Written and oral communication skills with capacity to communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary professionals and project team members, and to provide reports.
