What You'll Do; Assist with payroll and invoice coordination, keeping our financials in check. Be the mastermind behind project documentation, from folders to plans. Keep our office stocked and sparkling, managing supplies and coordinating repairs. Help us celebrate our wins with monthly updates and team events. Play a key role in welcoming new faces to the team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Who You Are: You're the energizer assistant of the office, always ready to jump into action with a positive attitude. Your communication skills are top-notch, making you a natural at working with both internal and external partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease and staying organized through it all. What do you need to bring? One year of experience, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. A can-do attitude with a knack for teamwork and communication.
