We currently have a Project Admin Support opportunity based on one of our client sites, providing support to our teams and client to deliver a successful program of work, with projects at varying phases in their lifecycle. You will have experience supporting large-scale projects/programs across government and be well versed in document management, quality control and compliance and security policies and procedures. This is a permanent position and open to both part-time and full-time candidates.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Manage project reporting (including status reports and schedules), including client billing according to protocols and contract terms;Work with each of the project/program stream leads to ensure dependencies are managed and effective stakeholder management and reporting is in place;Scheduling of meetings and resources across multiple internal and external teams;Use and develop tooling to improve project office practices;Prepare and review project documents, ensuring they're fit-for-purpose to support, control and manage effective delivery;File management including file opening and closing, electronic and physical filing;Document review including use of existing methodology templates to ensure alignment;Supporting document preparation and amendments;Manage risk and supporting the teams to build appropriate risk frameworks;Implement industry best practice and tailored approaches to project management;Design and deliver reports and dashboards to support executive meetings;Governance and change management support;Manage staff on/off boarding, including contractors and induction support;Management of expenses and timesheets, including time recording for contractors; and production and approval of timesheets where required;Management of Government Panels, including reporting responsibilities;Management of Proposals, support for Proposal production, monitoring of AusTender and shared MSOutlook mailbox;Management of contracts with clients and financial tracking;Management of security clearances and DISP responsibilities;Developing productive working relationships with key contacts internally and externally.More About You We welcome applications from candidates who have demonstrable experience across the categories noted above as well as the following professional and technical qualifications:
