Position: Project Administrator

Location: West Perth

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Job Type: Permanent

Position Overview:

A successful service provider is expanding its team. Due to growth, this company is expanding its projects team. This is a newly created role, joining a team of 60 supportive and friendly colleagues. The role offers extensive career progression; the team is supportive, friendly, and very social! This could be the next role for you if you are interested in pursuing a highly autonomous role in the PMO space!

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment.Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.Manage project schedules and timelines.Provide administrative support to the project management team.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Provide project updates for customers.Handle basic project management tasks as required.Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly filed.


Role Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role (ideally in the IT services space).Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Ability to work well within a team, with excellent communication skills.Basic understanding of IT equipment, services, and licenses.Personable, friendly, and a positive attitude.
