5-6 month contractLavertonAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading manufacturing company that is seeking to recruit a Project Admin Coordinator on a temp basis, full time on-site. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Logistics/Project Coordinator with proven logistics and freight experience to manage logistics for a significant roll-out project. This role involves coordinating both international and local stock, managing transport bookings, and working with warehouse staff to oversee inventory and shipments.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Assist Project Managers: Support Project Managers with logistics and administrative tasks, including coordinating transportation providers, planning shipments, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely deliveries.Track Shipments: Plan and track shipments according to project needs, supervise orders, and manage stock levels.Reporting: Ensure prompt movement of shipments, handle customer inquiries, resolve shipping errors, and report logistics status to Operations/Project Managers.Communication: Relay accurate project information to the team and clients, clarify any uncertainties, and adhere to deadlines.General Tasks: Perform various logistics and coordination tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or Project Manager.The Successful ApplicantKey Skills:Must have logistics and freight experienceProficient in using Excel for data tracking and reportingProven experience in logistics and supply chain managementStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlinesProficiency in office administration and reportingWhat's on Offer
