You will support project teams locally and nationally.This is a pivotal role in which you will build relationships with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and Corporate Finance whilst being part of a large group of like-minded professionals across will:Make project accounting recommendations throughout the Project LifecycleMonitor project budgets and investigate any variances.Interpret financial information to support project management and commercial decisions.Champion data integrity and ensure accurate financial information is recorded in the ERP.Assist with subcontractor engagements.Prepare and submit invoices to clients.Manage multiple projects of varying values at any given time.Attend project-related meetings to inform the team regarding the status of project financials.Articulating problem projects and following up on any identified actions as discussedWhat we'll love about you:This role is strategically important to our future growth and impact.Some of your experience will include:Ideally have previous experience working in the project finance accounting space, in an engineering consulting environment.Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.Strong analytical skillsProficient MS Excel knowledgeExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage a high volume of work and pick up new tasks are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is consultative, and able to prioritise their work.
