Your role? To improve productivity, mitigate risks, and help the Snowy 2.0 project meet its commercial operation deadline of December 2028. Working closely with our main contractor and internal project teams, you'll identify and implement initiatives that accelerate progress and drive efficiency across various work fronts.For candidates outside of Cooma, we offer flexible hybrid working arrangements, with the expectation of frequent travel to Cooma and the project site.What You'll Do:Collaborate & Innovate: Work with Snowy Hydro teams and the main contractor to identify and implement efficiency initiatives that will accelerate project timelines and de-risk key activities.Lead Change: Partner with subject matter experts, consultants, and project managers to develop, refine, and execute strategies for continuous improvement.Build Strong Relationships: Foster collaboration across all project stakeholders to resolve challenges, maintain effective working relationships, and ensure seamless execution.Measure & Celebrate Success: Track productivity improvements, measure outcomes, and celebrate milestones that drive the project forward.Adapt & Evolve: Regularly update initiatives to ensure they remain impactful and responsive to the changing needs of the project.What You'll Bring:Data-Driven Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis to interpret project plans and reports and turn them into actionable insights that drive project success.Interpersonal & Influencing Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and influence key decisions to ensure initiatives are successfully adopted.Industry Expertise: Experience in heavy industry, construction, or civil engineering is highly desirable.
