The Role
This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on coaching and strategic leadership. You'll play a key part in managing our day-to-day operations, creating innovative programs, and fostering a thriving community space where people of all ages and abilities can connect and grow.
What You'll Do:
Community Connection – Be the face of our facility! Identify and connect with local groups to bring them into our programs, creating an inclusive space for everyone. Program Excellence – Maintain a high standard of program operation, ensuring safety, quality, and an unforgettable experience for all participants. Leadership & Coaching – Inspire and support a team of gymnastics coaches. From recruitment to training, you'll ensure everyone is equipped and excited to deliver excellence. Business Growth – Collaborate on strategies to maximise attendance, introduce new programs, and keep our facility bustling with activity. What You'll Bring:

Belgravia Kids (BK) facilities and programs will be tailored to the needs of the communities in which they are located and will include gymnastics facilities for 'Learn to Move' programs and swim centres for 'Learn to Swim' programs. They will focus particularly on programs for children aged between 1 and 12 years old, but can be expanded to encompass a wide range of other activities, depending on the specific community needs.
