The Role This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on coaching and strategic leadership. You'll play a key part in managing our day-to-day operations, creating innovative programs, and fostering a thriving community space where people of all ages and abilities can connect and grow.
What You'll Do: Community Connection – Be the face of our facility! Identify and connect with local groups to bring them into our programs, creating an inclusive space for everyone.Program Excellence – Maintain a high standard of program operation, ensuring safety, quality, and an unforgettable experience for all participants.Leadership & Coaching – Inspire and support a team of gymnastics coaches. They will focus particularly on programs for children aged between 1 and 12 years old, but can be expanded to encompass a wide range of other activities, depending on the specific community needs.
