We are seeking a Program Coordinator to develop, plan, and deliver public programming across City operated spaces such as Libraries, Community Centres, Pine Street Creative Arts Centre and the Makerspace.
About the team The Cultural Programs and Services team manages the City's cultural facilities and studio spaces and delivers vibrant public cultural programs that celebrate the City's diverse communities, encourage creative expression, and build social connections.
About the job This role plays a pivotal role in sharing community stories and creates opportunities for learning and conversation through cultural programs and activations.
What you will do: Get to know the community, what they need and how you can support themCollaborate with your team members and other teams to deliver against our organisations visionDeliver programming and cultural activations that are inclusive, accessible, and approachableCreate a narrative about what we do and communicate it with broad audiences both internally and externallyDevelop fantastic relationships, use your networks and understand best practiceFollow processes, be safe, manage engagements and prioritise administrationAbout you You are amazing of course, but here is what we are looking for:
