We're on the lookout for a dynamic Programs Coordinator / Head Coach to bring their energy and passion to our facility.
The Role This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on coaching and strategic leadership.
You'll play a key part in managing our day-to-day operations, creating innovative programs, and fostering a thriving community space where people of all ages and abilities can connect and grow.
What You'll Do: Community Connection – Be the face of our facility!
Identify and connect with local groups to bring them into our programs, creating an inclusive space for everyone.
Program Excellence – Maintain a high standard of program operation, ensuring safety, quality, and an unforgettable experience for all participants.
Leadership & Coaching – Inspire and support a team of gymnastics coaches.
From recruitment to training, you'll ensure everyone is equipped and excited to deliver excellence.
Business Growth – Collaborate on strategies to maximise attendance, introduce new programs, and keep our facility bustling with activity.
What You'll Bring: A strong customer service background, love for working with the community, and a keen eye for growth opportunities.
Proven skills in program coordination, ideally with knowledge of gymnastics and local council initiatives.
