About the role We are seeking a Programs Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of the Learning for Life suite of programs as well as develop and maintain key school partnerships. Reporting to the Team Leader, Learning for Life and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:
Establish and maintain Partner School relationships and monitoring progress, planning and implementation, and feedback on programs and activities.Manage key stakeholder relationships with Schools, Industry Partners, and local businesses.Continually monitor program delivery and ensure the database has accurate and up to date information.Plan and forecast program delivery to ensure all targets are met at a local and state level.Advocate for and answer enquiries relating to The Smith Family educational programs.About you As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:
Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating programs / projectsProven experience in establishing and maintaining relevant partnershipsExcellent administration skills and computer literacy.Hold a current drivers licence.High level interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated capability to manage and plan own work to achieve identified goals within time constraint.Demonstrated understanding and experience working collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.About us The Smith Family is a national children's education charity with a vision of a world where every child has the opportunity to change their future, no matter their circumstances.
