Reporting to the Team Leader, Learning for Life and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:Coordinate the delivery of the Learning for Life program in the Canberra Community, supporting families to achieve a high level of school attendance, effective school transitions, senior school engagement and post school planning.Work with a prioritised group of students and families on their identified goals and uses a collaborative process to develop actions related to these goals.Link families with the services, information and support they have identified.Work closely with partner schools to build and maintain relationships to support the educational outcomes of Learning for Life students.About youAs well as passion for community, you will bring the following:High-level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsDemonstrated experience in presenting and facilitating.Excellent organisational administrative skills (including computer literacy, data, and time management)Demonstrated capability to manage and plan own work to achieve identified goals within time constraints.Flexibility to respond to competing demands.Holds a current driver's licence.Employees are at the centre of The Smith Family's values and operations.
