The City is seeking a Programs and Venues Officer to coordinatevenue hire of the event spaces at the City of Perth Library andactively contributes to the promotion, organisation and delivery ofthe Library's program of events.
This position will support theCity by:
Coordinating and facilitating events, negotiatinglogistics, risks, customer needs and audio-visualrequirementsDeveloping, planning and organising programs and events forthe City of Perth LibraryManaging customer enquiries and feedback to encourage andoptimise venue hire and use of Library facilitiesProviding onsite supervision for events held in the Libraryor at external venuesYou will have excellent organisational and time managementskills to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment and theability to exercise sound initiative and judgement to provide ahigh level of customer service
