About the vacancyAdelaide Festival Centre is looking for an ambitious programming professional to help coordinate delivery of the Adelaide Cabaret Festival.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, and have an enthusiasm for working in the arts industry.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Programming - Commercial, this position's key responsibility is to develop, implement, and maintain schedules, systems, and operating procedures to ensure the effective delivery of the festival, including creating and maintaining databases, artist itineraries, artist rehearsal schedules, and travel and accommodation.
In addition to festival delivery, the role is integral to the delivery of the Class of Cabaret program; a SACE accredited program for high school students with performance outcomes.In order to succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience working in a festival or major event environment, have sound project coordination skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and be extremely organised.
