Position Overview:
Programmed is seeking experienced Refrigeration Technicians and Refrigeration Technicians with leadership qualities for a supervisor role. Successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and services of systems in commercial, industrial, and home heating and cooling environments. You will play a key role in ensuring that our clients' systems are running efficiently and meeting safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings. Conduct regular system inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems, including electrical components, refrigerants, and mechanical systems. Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding system operation, efficiency, and energy-saving solutions. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with a team of professionals to meet customer needs and deadlines. Minimum Requirements:
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Valid Driver's License. Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a strong background in commercial and industrial systems. Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and ductwork. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Relevant certifications or licenses as required by Tasmanian regulations. Benefits:
