The successful candidate will possess extensive mining management and maintenance experience, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Actively developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
A can-do, positive attitude that fosters teamwork, and a genuine focus on our client's needs and our people.
Demonstrated skills in risk management, hazard identification and a strong commitment to safety performance through effective communication and engagement of employees.
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach and mentor team members into a high performing team.
Display qualities of a leader in change and innovation.
A proven track record in project management, as well as operational and service management environments.
Maintenance management experience, specifically in the mining or conveyor industries is desirable.
