Role Overview
We're looking for a Supervisor to lead day-to-day mechanical and conveyor work at the mine. You'll ensure compliance with safety and inspection standards while fostering a strong safety culture with your leadership.

Experience in a supervisory or site lead role. SAP experience is desirable. Strong understanding of permit systems and procedures. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily mechanical operations, ensuring adherence to Mine Safety and Inspection standards. Manage personnel, equipment, and the execution of mechanical activities. Assign tasks to the maintenance team to meet targets and deliver the maintenance plan. Ensure compliance with the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and relevant regulations. Ensure activities are carried out in line with the maintenance plan and work instructions. Minimize plant downtime and respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs as needed. Our Commitment
