Demonstrate skills in risk management and hazard identification, with a strong commitment to safety performance through effective communication and engagement. Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members to create a high-performing team. Display leadership qualities in change and innovation. Maintain a proven track record in Project Management, operational and service management environments.
