About the Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Commercial & Compliance Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the performance and maintenance of contractual and commercial aspects of a key facility management contract delivering strategic asset management, digital engineering, and maintenance services. This includes preparing and coordinating monthly financial reporting to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and profitability.
This permanent, full-time role is based in Brisbane (QLD) and will play a pivotal role in managing commercial and compliance functions, driving contract performance, and ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.

Oversee the performance and maintenance of all contractual and commercial aspects of the contract. Prepare, analyse, and coordinate monthly financial reporting to ensure contract efficiency, profitability, and compliance. Manage strategic asset management initiatives to optimise lifecycle outcomes and ensure service delivery excellence. Drive the integration and application of digital engineering solutions to enhance operational performance. Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements within a highly regulated environment. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with operational goals. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial and operational efficiency. Monitor and manage risks associated with contract performance, ensuring proactive resolution of potential issues. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to achieve service quality and profitability objectives. Deliver regular performance updates and reports to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability. About You To be successful in the role, you will have a proven track record in managing contractual and commercial aspects of large-scale facility management contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments effectively.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, management, or engineering, or equivalent professional experience. CPA/CA membership. Experience preparing and managing financial reports, including P&L budgets. Strong knowledge of contractual compliance and risk management in highly regulated settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in digital tools and systems, with experience in asset management or engineering solutions highly regarded. Intermediate to advanced skills in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint). Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
