An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accountant to join our Finance team.
About the Role: Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
Managing month-end accounting processes. Preparing management and financial reports. Performing balance sheet reconciliations. Supporting year-end accounting processes. Assisting with the preparation of BAS and other ATO compliance reporting. Forecasting profitability, cash flow, and capital. Undertaking other ad hoc finance duties as required. This position does not provide work-from-home opportunities.
About You: The ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications in accounting (or a similar field). Completion of, or progress towards, CPA/CA qualifications. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Strong aptitude for financial analysis and technical skills.
