What you'll do:A Programme Manager for KC46 that will be accountable for the delivery and financial control of the KC46 AAR programme, the delivery of the WARPs and key components for the CDS.
The WARP and CDS are cutting edge AAR equipment and technologies for one of the biggest names in the industry.
The successful candidate will have to navigate their cross functional team through significant commercial issues with a very demand customer.
The success of this programme is instrumental to the success of the overall AAR business.
Due to the size and significance of this programme there are dedicated weekly project reviews and monthly dedicated finance reviews, both presenting to Eaton MSDs Senior Leadership Team and weekly reviews with our customer.
The KC46 Programme Manager will also play a key role in senior commercial discussions both with Eaton MSD and with our customer.
Due to the size of the project the Programme manager will have a Project Manager reporting directly to them and the direct management and development of this team member.
Minimum Requirements:To be considered for this role you will need to:

Demonstrate a wide and deep knowledge of Project/Programme ManagementDegree qualified or equivalent experienceHold a recognised Project Management qualificationExperience of working in a matrix organisationDemonstrated track record in achieving challenging milestones and budgetsDemonstrated ability to create plansFamiliar with MS Office applications and Microsoft ProjectBe able to facilitate problem solving and gaining engagement in resolving day to day issuesUnderstand, document and manage riskSkills:Personal Attributes:
