To fit in within the existing Trading team, you need to be passionate about digital advertising and hitting client KPIs, love problem solving and lateral thinking, have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy working as a team.
ABOUT YOU You will be optimizing display, video and mobile campaigns using Search data.
The candidate must have prior trading experience (minimum 2 years) with a strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and RTB through major DSPs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What you'll be doing: Optimising multiple search-powered display, video and audio campaignsOptimising programmatic, direct response, and brand advertising campaigns via real-time bidding platformsUsing market leading DSPs, including Xandr, DV360 and Trade DeskLiaising closely with Client Strategy, Technology, Analytics and Sales DepartmentsProviding optimisation insights that will lead to revenue growthHitting client goals - CPA, CTR, ROI, VTR etc.Using Captify proprietary technology to improve campaign performance and operational efficiencyManaging margin on campaigns throughout the month and avoiding major fluctuationsIdentifying and troubleshooting campaign issues alongside our technical account management teamDeveloping engagement plans with agency traders to ensure presence during key decision-making momentsPresenting optimisation insights confidently to agencies and client teamsREQUIREMENTSWhat you need to be successful: Knowledge of the programmatic spacePrior experience using demand side platforms for campaign managementPreferred experience with Xandr/TTD/DV360Strong written and verbal communications skillsStrong level of Excel proficiencyAnalytically mindedAble to problem solve and not give up if ideas are unsuccessfulYOU WILL ENJOY 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday + volunteer dayRegular shut down days, including the festive periodAccess to SPILL - instant therapy supportAccess to Mental Health First AidersSport and wellbeing activitiesFinancial wellbeing supportWork from home and flexible/core working hoursWork from any Captify office in the worldEnhanced family friendly policiesPet friendly officeContributions to the superannuation fund of your choiceFree breakfastLegendary Summer and End of Year Festive partiesEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES You are welcome at Captify for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or what your search history says about you.
