Join Our Team As a Programmatic Manager Be responsible for managing programmatic advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, strategies, and best practices. You will also work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies, implement campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Develop and execute a comprehensive programmatic strategy aligned with business objectives. Brief media partners and work on direct deals & sponsorships. Setup programmatic campaigns end to end including budgets, objectives, brand studies, cross-channel R&F, and pacing. Work closely with senior stakeholders across departments (marketing, ad tech and measurement, PR) as well as senior leadership to align programmatic efforts with broader business goals. Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization. Distill key channel insights and data to the most critical elements to influence differentiated targeting, messaging, flighting, and optimizations. Draw actionable insights from the DSP and Ad server to make key business decisions. Own ongoing channel test and learn plans, documentation, and optimization recommendations. Responsible for contributing to the Programmatic playbook. Work closely with publisher vendors and partners to ensure campaign success. Closely partner with Digital media team in creative, trafficking, martech ad tech and regularly educate the team in the latest programmatic trends and best practices. Skills and Experiences We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Recent experience in programmatic advertising. Deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with ad tech tools and platforms. Highly analytical, problem solver and creative thinker with the ability to draw actionable insights.
