This is a specialist role that is critical in allowing us to measure and optimize the overall health of LoopMe's programmatic and managed business including analysis of revenue, supply and demand, auction win/loss rates & floor pricing.You will have the opportunity to grow in the role and define your own path to success.
Whilst you will work autonomously and use your own initiative, you will also work in close collaboration with the Client Service team, to proactively drive success for our clients.
Ultimately the successful candidate will serve as our operational gatekeeper of the LoopMe programmatic tech stack, with an understanding of inventory structure, monetization efficiency & stack health.Specific accountabilities include: To evaluate performance & detail recommendations for future growthCampaign optimisation, communicating relevant metrics, and evaluating campaign results and making recommendations to the CM and AMEnsure diversity of delivery and deliver campaign KPIsTo work closely with Supply and product teams to optimise pricing and inventory volume through programmatic and managed service campaignsTo define optimisation standards, growth metrics & benchmarksTo manage creative quality, report on a weekly/monthly basisTo manage, analyse and distribute revenue reporting; highlight key benchmarks, closely monitor market trends, and progress against daily revenue targetsTo implement and document process changes, identify areas for improvementTo provide information regarding the availability of inventory and alternatives to the use of that inventoryTo succeed in this role you will require the following skills and knowledge:Proven commercial advertising experience in a technical/programmatic roleTechnical troubleshooting for PMP/PG Deals as well as third-party tagsStrong knowledge of online ad serving at a technical levelCampaign optimisation, communicating relevant metrics, and evaluating campaign resultsDeep experience with key programmatic and digital platformsUnderstanding and familiarity with key industry concepts and trendsExperience working with (or for) media agencies, brands, publishers, ad tech vendorsWorking knowledge of mobile app&display advertising, and monetizationProven track record of delivering growth through yield and pricing strategiesAnalytical background - being able to extract and formulate learnings and recommendations Experience of working with different DSPsBenefits:Competitive compensation packageInternational work environmentPaid vacation and sick leaveFlexible working schedule and possibility to work remotelyTraining budgetAnnual performance bonusEnglish classesMaternity/Paternity leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
