(pro rata) + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Temporary up to 4/7/25 and part-time working 18.75 hours per week About the Role As a Program Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of Specialty Medicine 1, providing comprehensive administrative support to enhance patient care within Outpatient Services.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, CNARTS, your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate patient records, preparing clinics, and performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operations of Specialty Medicine 1 and CALHN.

About You We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who excels in administrative support within a healthcare environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
Proven experience in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of work under pressure.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, office equipment, and familiarity with health systems like Sunrise/EMR, Pracsoft, and Medical Director.
A commitment to confidentiality, excellent customer service, and continuous improvement in administrative processes.
