$59K p.a + superannuation + salary packagingGenerous NFP salary packaging options up to $18,550Docklands office location with option to work some days at homeThe NWMPHN Primary Care Commissioning team lead the Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) program by providing central oversight and high-level project support to PHNs that contract UCCs in Victoria.
In addition, NWMPHN are responsible for contracting and managing the UCCs within the NWMPHN region.The Program Support Officer, Primary Care Commissioning will provide support for the team and coordination of activities.
