Program Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled Program Support Officer with significant experience in the Federal Government and experience working in ICT infrastructure projects.

Role / Responsibilities: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of ICT infrastructure projects, ensuring that all activities align with project timelines and objectives.Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project requirements and expectations are clearly understood.Maintain accurate project documentation, track progress, prepare status reports, and assist in developing project proposals.Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies, helping to find effective solutions and maintain project momentum.Support project budget tracking and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet project goals.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with ICT infrastructure best practices.Skills / Experience: Demonstrated experience in a project support or coordination role, ideally within ICT or a related technical field.Basic understanding of ICT infrastructure (e.g., networking, servers, storage, or cloud services) and willingness to expand knowledge in this area.A relevant qualification in Project Management, IT, or a related discipline is advantageous.Strong understanding of government procurement process. Australian Citizens with a Baseline Clearance are desirable for this role.
