We are looking for a Program Support Officer to join our headspace team in Lithgow, NSW. 
The vacancy is ongoing, and will work Part Time, 47 hours per fortnight.

Join a dynamic, supportive environment and lend your administrative expertise to our team! As the Program Support Officer, you will support the daily administrative requirements for headspace Lithgow by providing confidential administrative and reception support. This is a great opportunity to work in an energetic team environment for a not-for-profit health organisation that's focussed on youth mental health.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing demands.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.Proven strong computer skills, including use of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Word and database tools, and electronic medical records.Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to work with young people, and internal and external stakeholdersHigh level of attention to detail, and demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to implementation of, equity and workplace health and safety principles.Ability to work well within a team as well as independently with limited supervision.Experience providing administrative support in a clinical practice would be advantageous, but not essential.Full responsibilities of this role may be viewed on the Position Description found at   Upload your current Resume/CV and a Cover Letter outlining your suitability for the role.Applications close Monday, 1 July 2024.
