The opportunity: Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for making a positive impact on mental health services in the Lismore region?
We have the perfect permanent full-time opportunity for you!
As our Program Services Coordinator, you will wear many hats!
You will work closely with the Program Services Manager and Clinical Operations Manager to ensure the centre runs smoothly and keep track of its activities.
In this role, you will also collaborate with the Partnerships Coordinator to inform the community about the Head to Health (HTH) services.
The Program Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the entire Head to Health team, including managers, clinicians, people with lived experience of mental health issues, priority groups, and mental health workers.
This collaborative support includes handling projects, managing daily operations and office tasks, working with partners, organising meetings, and providing various forms of team support as needed.

What we're looking for: Are you someone who excels in communication and teamwork within diverse settings, bringing a positive and collaborative approach to every task?
Do you possess strong leadership and coaching abilities, and are you highly adaptable to changing work environments and requirements?
We're also looking for: Tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, operations, or a relevant field.
Previous experience in operational administration and support within dynamic team environments.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing rapport with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, One Note, Teams, and Word.
Knowledge of ICT and organisational systems.

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to hold one.
Undergo a current and satisfactory Police Check.
