This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least two to three days a week in the office.Program SchedulerReporting to the program's PMO Lead, the Program Scheduler will play a critical role in a large multi-year Business Risk Transformation program. Responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive program schedule, ensuring effective coordination and execution of the program. Accountable for the ongoing development and monitoring of the program RAIDD register.Collaboration with delivery leads / project managers and stakeholders to gather project plans, align schedules, and resolve conflicts, ensuring an integrated and cohesive program schedule ensuring the timely completion of the program's deliverables.Additionally, you will assist in supporting other Hub program deliverables as required.18-month contractWe will count on you to:Develop and maintain a comprehensive program schedule for the program, incorporating all project activities, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather project plans, align schedules, and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure an integrated and cohesive program schedule.Develop, monitor and maintain the Program RAIDD (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies & Decisions) Register.Monitor program progress against the schedule, identify deviations, and proactively address issues to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.Work closely with delivery leads / project managers and resource managers to allocate and optimize resources across projects, ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with program objectives.Identify and manage dependencies among project activities, coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion and minimize schedule risks.Conduct schedule analysis to identify opportunities for schedule optimization, resource leveling, and critical path management, ensuring program efficiency and effectiveness.Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing regular updates on schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in schedule management processes, tools, and methodologies, leveraging best practices and lessons learned to enhance program performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and external partners, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and support for the program.Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on program outcomes.What you need to have:Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.Experience in project scheduling, preferably in a complex and dynamic organizational environment.
