Our client is a key regulatory body responsible for upholding quality, safety, and consumer independence in a nationally significant sector. With the sector experiencing significant growth and evolution since its inception, the organisation faces critical challenges that require transformative solutions. To address these, the Australian Federal Government has allocated substantial funding for a comprehensive IT upgrade aimed at enhancing system functionality, responsiveness, and risk management capabilities.
This multi-year transformation program will be delivered by a large, multidisciplinary team and demands specialised ICT and professional service expertise to ensure success.
What we're looking for:We are seeking a skilled Program Scheduler with experience in building and managing complex schedules from scratch, including expertise in critical path methodology, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps and Jira, along with adaptability in agile environments, is essential. The role requires independence, collaboration across multiple levels, and responsiveness to changes in timelines or resource constraints to ensure program progress.
