Baseline security clearance requiredACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WALong 18+12 month Federal Government contract Microsoft Azure, DevOps, SharePoint, JiraOur client, an independent agency who regulates disability services and supports with nationally consistent systems, protections and education, is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to join their team.
Key duties include: Creating and overseeing detailed schedules that encompass timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple work streams, ensuring smooth coordination of program activities and resources.Engaging with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather requirements, assess resource capacity, and ensure alignment of project schedules with program goals and objectives.Setting up and continuously improving scheduling tools and frameworks, using platforms like Microsoft Azure, DevOps and SharePoint Jira to monitor progress and adapt schedules as the program evolves.Maintaining schedules in alignment with the overall program roadmap, making necessary adjustments to meet key deadlines and keep deliverables on track.Criteria: Experience in building and managing complex schedules from scratch.Demonstrated experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Jira) and methodologies.Experience managing the scheduling function within a large-scale program environment, understanding critical path methodology, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.How to apply:To be considered for this role (JOB ID: CW10185), please forward your resume to Coral by clicking the quick apply button.Please note only suitable applicants will be contacted.Job ID CW10185 closes on Wednesday the 27th of November at midday.
