Responsibilities ? Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are clearly defined and achievable.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare regular status reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and production teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
About you ? Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the defence or maritime industry Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project performance metrics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accurate, adaptable, collaborative, and proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
