Support defining program objectives and outcomes in alignment with the Land C4 Program priorities.Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for program execution. The resource will also be required to:

Support defining program objectives and outcomes in alignment with the Land C4 Program priorities.Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for program execution.Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goalsCommunication regularly with senior executives and key stakeholders about program status including identifying gaps, risks and issuesBe prepared to provide specialist advice to working groups and LCD Stakeholders.Continuous Improvement

Implement best practices and lessons learned to improve future program outcomesFoster culture of continuous improvement within the CMO.Successfully collaborate with ADF and APS staff and Defence contractors.
Skillset and Experience Requirements
Proven program and/or project management 5 + years.Strong leaderships, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills: proficiency in MS 365.
