Program Operation Manager

The Program Operations Manager oversees the execution of multiple related initiatives, ensuring they align with the clients' goals and values.The resource will also be required to:Strategic PlanningSupport defining program objectives and outcomes in alignment with the Land C4 Program priorities.Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for program execution.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals.Communicate regularly with senior executives and key stakeholders about program status including identifying gaps, risks, and issues.Be prepared to provide specialist advice to working groups and LCD Stakeholders;Continuous ImprovementImplement best practices and lessons learned to improve future program outcomes.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the CMO.Successfully collaborate with ADF and APS staff and Defence contractors.Location(s): Russell and Symonston Offices, ACTSkillset and Experience Requirements:Proven program and/or project management experience of 5+ years.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; proficiency in MS 365.Desired Skills/Attributes:Previous ADF experience is highly desired.
