This merit list/pool may be used to fill other vacancies anywhere in Australia.The Key Duties of the Position Include:Coordinate enquiries received from providers, clients, and the general public via the program mailboxes including tasking using allocation criteria.Manage administration of mailboxes including record keeping of finalized enquiries.Process Exceptional Case prior approval applications.Assist in the reporting of operational functions of the Community Nursing Program.Review and contribute to relevant documentation as it relates to the operational tasks of the team.Provide ongoing administrative support to the section.Under section 22(8) of the Public Service Act 1999, employees must be Australian citizens to be employed in the Australian Public Service (APS).All applicants external to DVA offered employment will be required to successfully undergo a pre-engagement screening check, even if they have a security clearance.
