Roster: Monday-Friday We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our Contracts and Procurement team.
As Program Officer, Decarbonisation, Contracts & Procurement , you will play a crucial role in decarbonising our Pilbara operations through supporting the planning, execution and monitoring of Contractor and Category transition plans whilst leading Contractor decarbonisation support initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities Planning: Supporting the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
Monitoring Progress: Tracking project milestones, deliverables and reporting on progress to key stakeholders.
Coordination: Facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Data & Cost Analysis: Gathering and analysing data related to project performance, risks, and issues.
Preparing input for presentations to business stakeholders.
Issue Resolution: Helping to identify and escalate any project-related issues or risks to the PMO Lead.
Stakeholder Communication: Preparing updates and presentations for stakeholders to keep them informed about project status.
Documentation: Updating department tools, templates, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience 3+ years' experience in a project coordination role with familiarity with project management software desirable.
Ability to create clear and concise documentation with attention to detail.
Confident numerical and analytical skills with experience working in excel and Power BI.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Qualification in Supply Chain, Business or Commerce is desirable.
