The Role The Program Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, operational management, and optimising service delivery in Black Swan Health's youth mental health centres. The role will work closely with all Black Swan Health services, including headspace Early Psychosis program, to enable integrated service availability for young people accessing the service.
The successful candidate will Oversee the efficient and effective day to day functioning of youth mental health centres including effective service delivery, coordination and application of systems and processes. Provide strong leadership to the team to ensure optimal access, operational efficiency, and outcomes for young people accessing the service. Monitor program risk management plan including regular review of controls, in collaboration with Quality department. Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to develop and successfully implement wait time reduction strategies, optimising client access, and increasing referrals. Recruit, retain and professionally develop individuals and teams to successfully deliver services for young people in need. Have proven ability to build rapport and effective professional relationships with young people, key stakeholders and associated professional organisations. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in coordinating the delivery of services in a health or community service. Have experience in complex program management including service implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Hold a tertiary qualification in health, social sciences, or business/management.
