Job Description An exciting opportunity exists for a Program Manager within the Telecommunications and ICT Business Improvement portfolio. This position is within the Project Services team at the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service, responsible for delivering ICT initiatives.
The Program Manager will oversee the delivery of a large-scale Digital Healthcare program of projects in a complex Information Management and Information and Communication Technology environment. The role focuses on ensuring the successful completion of the program within agreed performance criteria to enhance health service delivery with a specific emphasis on the infrastructure program of works.

Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of project management resources, overseeing key projects including HR, performance, reporting, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure the successful delivery of complex and high-risk projects to achieve project outcomes and deliver enterprise solutions that meet customer needs. Maintain project management capability within the Division by leading, managing, and directing multi-disciplinary project teams. Offer expert advice and strategic input into the development of project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, Queensland Health policies, strategies, and architecture. Remuneration: Up to $176,878 p.a., including a salary range of $146,510 - $155,025 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8).
