What you'll do Working in the Group Technology Stores domain, the Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects within the Program, and management of the delivery team.
The Stores delivery team are responsible for delivering projects to our domain that are directly customer facing and must be reliable and efficient all day, everyday.

The Program Manager is a key role that leads the delivery of business and technical change into our Store Digital environment where we develop, test and prove innovative solutions in our Stores that transform how our customers and team interact with technology in stores.
This role will deliver projects that support our Digital team and our Woolworths 360 team, working closely with both senior technology and business stakeholders.
You will deliver, plan and coordinate the development, delivery, integration and testing of products to ensure that the most important initiatives in their strategy are managed from original concept through to final implementation.
Lead and develop the delivery team of project managers to continually improve our delivery capability and is able to be hands-on in delivery, work in a fast paced environment where there is always excitement about the innovative solutions that our initiatives deliver.
Facilitate roadmap planning and prioritisation processes, and manage the delivery of the roadmap and capacity planning and resourcing of the program  Manage and drive engagement and dependencies across teams, and influence priorities with external teams to deliver the required outcomes.
Influence upwards and outwards Remove obstacles, gain required support of senior stakeholders, guide the delivery team Deliver programs, projects and initiatives within approved boundaries, including time, cost, quality and scope.
Ensure governance requirements are understood and managed Manage interdependencies and coordination across program/projects to ensure that information relating to deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated Supported by product and finance teams, coordinate financial and resource forecasting and budgeting activities for the program/domain What you'll bring WOW people are great people.

Strong relationship management, engagement, communication and presentation skills are essential in successfully implementing these initiatives and building collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
A track record of delivery of business and technical change through agile and traditional methods  Solid experience delivering end-to-end programs, projects or initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment and excel in a fast paced environment Strong financial management and planning to manage and deliver within large program and project budgets and planning, scheduling, risk / issue management, and ability to manage controls of the project Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence upwards and outwards, and ability to effectively engage and manage conflicting stakeholder requirements.
Working with senior executives to get complex messages across in an understandable way Prior leadership experience coaching and growing capabilities within the team.
Strong communication skills in all formats.
