SMYL delivers a range of Community Service programs that support the development of knowledge, vocational skills and capacity in individuals to enable a successful transition to work.
SMYL is currently expanding its SEE (Skills for Education and Employment) program delivery and is looking for a suitably qualified and passionate leader to step forward.
The full-time position will be based in the Perth, South Metropolitan region, overseeing both our metropolitan and regional SEE delivery.
The Program Manager - SEE role will: Lead a large SEE team across multiple regions, both metropolitan and regionalBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the regionsEnsure the successful delivery of a high-quality vocational program that optimises all available resources, e.g., scope, trainers, and facilitiesEnsure compliance with required government guidelines and KPIsThe successful candidate will demonstrate: Experience in the coordination and delivery of vocational trainingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in managing teams across multiple locationsStrong understanding of LLND, ACSF, and RTO standardsAbility to achieve and review KPIs across regionsAbility to meet contractual requirementsA Bachelor of Education or Degree equivalent; and post-graduate qualifications in TESOL, or Adult Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)/Basic Education and relevant Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE)Please submit a cover letter highlighting suitability for the role, together with your current resume via SEEK.
