SCHADS 7B ($58.23-$60.66ph) + super + salary packaging benefits Full time opportunity based in Wagga Wagga NSW About the opportunity Reporting to Regional Managers, Program Managers autonomously oversee the day-to-day operations of the National Psychosocial Support (NPS) inclusive of the Well Connected (WC) and Service Navigator (SN) programs, Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI), Community Living Supports (CLS), and Supporting Recovery (SR) Programs at the LHD or Multi-LHD level.
Program Managers are responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe, effective and evidence-based supports, while also ensuring that program governance, budgetary and contractual requirements are met.
Additionally, Program Managers ensure the ethical and accountable use of resources entrusted to the organisation by our funders.
Program Managers also oversee and support stakeholder relationships across their Local Health District/s.
Program Managers may be responsible for providing day to day supervision and coaching to Program Coordinators or Team Leaders, who in turn provide support to the frontline workforce.
To be successful in this role, you will need: Relevant program management experience is advantageous A contemporary understanding of mental health issues and recovery orientated mental health practice Demonstrated experience continuously developing practice in response to supervision, reflection, training, practice experience and feedback Tertiary level qualifications in Mental Health or Community Services, the Social Sciences or related discipline Demonstrated expertise in developing rapport and actively engaging with people from all walks of life, including people from diverse backgrounds and with diverse orientations Demonstrated expertise working alongside clinical mental health services to achieve collaborative outcomes Demonstrated expertise performing participant-led assessment and planning activities Right to work within Australia Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake some travel NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate Satisfactory National Police Records Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children's Check What we offer Purpose-Driven Culture: Immerse yourself in a culture where passion meets purpose.
