The Program Manager Primary Care Access is responsible for providing subject matter leadership, expertise and advice to inform WNSW PHN's approach to After Hours, Urgent Care, Homelessness, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse services and ensure the health needs of our communities are addressed.
