We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.About the jobWe're looking for a Program Manager – People/ HR Systems to join our global team.As a Program Manager, you will be responsible to lead the delivery of the Worley People transformation program to quality, cost and time, driven in-line with our values, behaviours and leadership principles.The program comprises of four People/ HR technology projects, including scope to fix the foundations of our existing People solutions, implement a new Candidate Relationship Management solution, implement a new Pay Equity solution and significantly expand Onboarding with an existing People solution.You will have four Project Manager direct reports and many indirect reports and a variety of executive and senior stakeholders, plus vendors and consultant partners.You will be based in Melbourne, Australia and can work from home, Worley office or a combo of the two.
