A skilled Program Manager is required to oversee a significant Treasury Management System transformation for a Superannuation client based in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic change and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the overall program plan, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.Lead cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and vendor partners.Manage complex stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior executives.Oversee risk management and issue resolution processes.Drive change management activities to ensure a smooth transition.Monitor and report on program progress and performance metrics.Essential Skills and Experience:Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex technology transformation programs.Deep understanding of treasury management systems and processes including liquidity, FX trading, interest rate risk management, and cash management.Strong understanding of liquidity risk management, including liquidity stress testing and liquidity forecasting.Strong project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
