About the Role Local Area Coordination (LAC) services provide planning and coordination for people with a disability to maximise their choice and control over the services they receive and provide access to mainstream services. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in the position of Program Manager. The role will provide operational management and staff leadership to support the development of a diverse and experienced team of Local Area Coordinators. The successful candidates will be an experienced leader with the skills to foster a service culture that promotes person centred outcomes for people with a disability. This is a full time position - 38 hours per week and can be based in Seymour. This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a Level 6.1 with an annual salary of $102,546.08 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
