Lendlease is embarking on a significant IT transformation journey to modernise our technology landscape and drive world-class service & capabilities outcomes.
This is a 2-year Fixed-Term Contract.
The Program Manager – Transformation Office (TO) will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the IT Transformation Program (Program) per the Transformation Office's program delivery and governance framework.
This role works closely with the Digital Leadership Team (DLT); the IT resources and teams delivering the Transformation; any 3rd party resources/companies supporting delivery of the program, and various business stakeholders to ensure that the transformation initiatives are aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Establish and manage the integrated program plan comprising the various project plans within the program.Program Delivery Framework: In conjunction with the Head of IT Transformation, establish the program delivery framework and ensure the delivery teams adhere to that framework.Dependency Management: Own the integrated dependency register and lead the relevant governance forums to manage and track dependencies.Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues associated with transformation initiatives.RAID Register: Own the integrated Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions (RAID) register and ensure it is maintained by the relevant resources and lead the relevant governance forums to manage and track those RAID elements.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the DLT, relevant business leaders, and other stakeholders as required.Change Management: Work closely with the Change Management resources to ensure that the change management activities are being delivered in line with the integrated program plan.Resource Management: Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure their projects are adequately resourced, and resources are onboarded in a timely manner to support project delivery.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of transformation programs, ensuring that objectives are met, and benefits are realized.Finance Management: In conjunction with the Finance team and/or other designated TO resources, track and coordinate reporting the program spend and benefits tracking.Continuous Improvement: Analyse current systems and processes, providing recommendations for improvements and driving continuous enhancement of the Program's execution.Program Assurance: Ensure that the program adheres to the quality assurance parameters established by the Transformation Office and/or third party.About You: The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programs, with a deep understanding of IT trends, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
You will also have:
Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).Deep understanding of IT trends, technologies, and best practices.Strong business acumen and understanding of the Construction, Development & Investment Management industry.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organisation.Proven track record of working in outsourced/offshore services.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation programs.At Lendlease, we offer workplaces that unite diverse minds; where respect, equitable treatment, and equitable opportunity are just the norm.
