A new opportunity for a professional and driven Program Manager with extensive project management expertise and demonstrated experience in successful implementation of Incident and Risk systems is now available within our Practice, Risk and Quality team.
Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise risk, incident, complaints, and safety program of work, ensuring delivery of set objectives and agreed key deliverables.
In this hands-on role, you will work closely with a number of key internal stakeholders including Executive Leaders, lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects that may be standalone or form part of a program of work that will require you to report into a Program Director.
You will manage assigned projects utilizing best practice methodology, policies, and processes, delivering on time, in scope and budget.
Your ability to engage collaboratively, build and maintain strong trusted partnerships with stakeholders, manage expectations and drive outcomes will be instrumental to your success.
Your pragmatic and proactive approach together with your professional manner and passion for providing high-quality support and guidance to your stakeholders will be recognized and valued.
Responsibilities within this role will include: End-to-end delivery of projects to support implementation and adoption of enterprise risk, incident, complaints, and safety management across the organisation.
Provide effective leadership and influence to inspire, motivate and optimise the potential of the team to deliver projects to agreed scope and objectives.
Defining and managing stakeholder expectations, aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
Leading change management strategies and plans across projects including developing comprehensive change management, communication and training.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and proactive in their approach, with the ability to manage ambiguity and lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Additionally, to be successful in this role you'll have: Completion of tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Change Management – essential.
Demonstrated experience in implementing incident and risk systems – essential.
Project Management and/or change certification - desirable.
Minimum 5 years' experience working in a project management or change management role.
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of large-scale business projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Professional written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Willingness to apply for a Police Check.
